The vineyard is located at 487 White Kangaroo Road, Campania, Tasmania. It is planted to sauvignon blanc and pinot noir vines. It has a north-south sloping aspect and grows on well drained alluvial soils over a bed of Jurassic dolerite.
The vines are spaced 1 metre apart and in rows 2.2 metres wide. We cane prune and use a vertical shoot positioning system. During the growing season, we shoot thin, leaf pluck and remove any inferior bunches.
All fruit is handpicked by family and friends and processed at Frogmore Creek Winery by winemaker, Alain Rousseau.
