Shipping & Returns

Our delivery service is provided by Australia Post eParcel and we aim to deliver within 5-10 business days.

Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post site with your tracking ID which is supplied once the order has cleared our internal orders procedure.

We currently do not provide international shipping.

Wines are packed in secure, padded packaging and breakages are rare.

If you are not in attendance when delivery is made a note will be left and you will need to pickup your package from your local post office.

SECURE PAYMENT

Wobbly Boot Vineyard uses Stripe electronic payment service. This allows you to securely process your payments by credit or charge card by our website.

All approvals on your card are obtained from your credit card provider in real time.

 

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

We do not store your credit card details upon the completion of the credit card transaction. If you're uncomfortable using your credit card online, we also accept payment by cheque (drawn on Australian banks only) or money order in Australian dollars.

 

RETURNS

Wobbly Boot products are of a very high quality, if for some reason the product appears to be faulty, you must inform us at enquiries@wobblybootvineyard.com.au that you would like to return the goods.

As far as possible, goods should be returned with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely packaged; including our delivery slip; at your risk and cost.

*Wobbly Boot Vineyard accepts returns from customers under the following conditions.

  1. Customers must contact us with 7 days of delivery.
  1. The product must be in good condition and packed in the original carton.
  1. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to us we will issue a refund of credit.
